Reservations & Cancellations Policies

•   All services must be paid in full to confirm a reservation.
•   When deposits are requested in advance, these will be 60% of the price of the activity.
•   Cancellation policy:
•   If the client cancels 36 hours or more before the time of the activity, a full refund of the amount paid in full or in advance deposit for the reservation will be made.
•   If the client cancels between 36 hours and 24 hours before the time of the activity, a refund of 40% of the total amount paid for the reservation will be made, if what the client paid was the advance deposit equivalent to 60% of the price of the activity, there will be no refund.
•   If the client cancels 24 hours or less before the activity time, there will be no refund.
•   Weather conditions, Cancellations due to weather only apply to diving in the reefs of Playa del Carmen. When the Port Authority (Capitanía de Puerto) declares the port closed, the reserved activities may be refunded or rescheduled.
For activities in Cozumel, if the Port Authority (Capitanía de Puerto) declares the port closed, the reserved activities may be refunded or rescheduled, but there will be no refund for the ferry tickets.
•   Cancellations due to illness: a written and signed statement from a doctor will be requested that the client cannot carry out the reserved activity. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be issued according to the hours before the activity in which the client notifies the cancellation. This applies only to the sick participant.
•   If a participant endangers his / her safety, the group or the staff, or commits an illegal act, or refuses to follow the instructions of the staff, the decision of the Divemaster or the Instructor to interrupt the services will be unquestionable. There will be no refund.
•   Partial refunds: When a diver chooses to discontinue the contracted service, there will be no partial refund. When the Instructor decides to discontinue a service, only the unused portion will be refunded.
•   There is no refund for those who do not show up for the reserved activities.
•   Arriving late will be considered a no-show.
•   This policy is the most recent version and cancels all previous versions.
